What's changed in TeachPilot, written for the people who use it.

New#361

Public organization landing page at the org's root URL

Each organization's root URL (/{org}) now serves a real page instead of a redirect or 404. A signed-out visitor sees the organization's name and type with a sign-in call to action; a signed-in member is sent directly to their role's home. The logo link in the navbar, which already pointed here, now lands somewhere useful.

New#361

Org owners can choose which sign-in methods their organization offers

Sign-in providers were previously a platform-wide setting that no organization could influence. Org owners can now configure which login methods — such as Google or SSO — are offered on their org's sign-in entry points. The general sign-in page is unchanged.

Improved#361

Learner identity is anonymized everywhere coaches and reviewers see it

Learner emails and full names no longer appear anywhere in the coach-facing UI. Every learner is identified by first name and last initial only (e.g. "Ada L."), and email addresses are masked to show only the first character and full domain. This applies to the Scenario Monitor, session cards, node maps, event logs, conversation bubbles, print headers, and the shared session trail.

Improved#361

Write review summary is now grounded in the review's own comments

The review summary and the detailed comments were previously generated in two independent passes that never saw each other, which could produce a summary that contradicted the findings. The summary is now derived from the comments themselves, so it reflects the same evidence the detailed feedback is based on.

Improved#361

Persona disclosures are now authored on the Talk node, not the persona library

A disclosure is a fact about a specific scenario situation, not a permanent trait of a persona. Disclosures have been removed from the persona library and are now authored exclusively on the Talk node, keeping the library focused on characteristics that are constant across scenarios. Existing Talk-node disclosures continue to work as before.
